Return Policy
We hope you love your Ivory Rose purchase. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days of the in-store purchase date or 7 days after delivery for online orders.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Final-Sale Items
The following purchases cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Accessories
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more
- Purchases made during promotional events, including Black Friday sales
Online Returns
Online purchases may be returned through our self-service returns portal.

All online return requests must be submitted through the portal. We are unable to initiate or process return requests by email.
A $8.95 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when returning an item for a refund. Customers completing an eligible exchange will receive a complimentary return label.
Preorder Items
Preorder purchases cannot be canceled before the estimated shipping date. The estimated shipping timeframe will always be included in the product description before purchase.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of being marked ready for pickup. Orders that are not collected within this timeframe will no longer be eligible for a return or refund.
